This Refund Policy outlines how refunds, wallet balances, withdrawals, commissions, and dispute handling are managed on Serpbays (“Serpbays”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the Serpbays platform, you agree to the terms described below.

1. Refunds to Serpbays Wallet

All cancelled, rejected, or failed orders are automatically refunded to the user’s Serpbays wallet.

Wallet balances:

  • Can be reused to place new orders on the platform

  • Are not automatically converted to cash

  • Remain available until used or withdrawn

2. Cash Withdrawal Option

If a user wishes to convert wallet balance into cash, Serpbays provides a withdrawal option.

To withdraw funds:

  • The user must switch to Publisher Mode within the Serpbays app

  • This is a simple in-app role switch

  • Adding a website or listing a publisher site is NOT required

This requirement exists only to enable payout processing and does not affect account usage.

3. Platform Commission on Withdrawal

Serpbays charges a 20% platform commission at the time of withdrawal.

Key points:

  • No commission is charged on deposits

  • No commission is charged when placing orders

  • Commission is applied only when cash withdrawal is requested

  • Serpbays does not add margins or markups on publisher pricing

Publishers set their own prices, and advertisers pay exactly what is listed.

4. Payment Gateway & Transaction Fees

Deposits and withdrawals may be subject to payment system or gateway fees, depending on the chosen payment method.

  • These fees are charged by third-party payment providers

  • Serpbays does not control or retain these fees

  • Fee structures vary by payment system

Users are encouraged to review payment provider terms before proceeding.

5. Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds may be issued in the following situations:

5.1 Order Cancellation or Rejection

If an order is cancelled or rejected for any valid reason, the amount is refunded to the Serpbays wallet.

5.2 Publisher Fails to Deliver

If the publisher does not complete the order within the allowed timeframe, the order is rejected and refunded.

5.3 Final Delivery Not Accepted

If the advertiser does not accept the final delivery and revisions do not resolve the issue, a refund may be approved.

Important:
If the advertiser fails to review or approve the delivery within the specified timeframe, the system may automatically mark the order as approved. Once auto-approved, the order becomes non-refundable.

5.4 Requirements Not Met

If the publisher fails to meet the advertiser’s requirements despite multiple revision attempts, Serpbays may approve a refund after review.

5.5 Duplicate Orders

If two identical orders are placed by mistake, one may be refunded after verification.

6. Revisions & Final Acceptance

Advertisers must review all delivered links carefully before acceptance.

  • Revision requests must be raised before final acceptance

  • Once the delivery is accepted, the order becomes final and non-refundable

  • Refunds cannot be requested after acceptance

7. Dispute Resolution

If an advertiser is dissatisfied with a delivered link or content, they may raise a dispute with Serpbays support.

Serpbays will act as a neutral mediator between the advertiser and publisher. After reviewing all relevant information, the decision made by Serpbays will be considered final and binding.

8. Refund & Withdrawal Processing

  • Refunds are credited to the Serpbays wallet

  • Wallet balances may be reused or withdrawn

  • Withdrawals are processed after:

    • Deducting the 20% platform commission

    • Deducting applicable payment gateway fees

Processing times may vary based on the selected payment method.

9. Abuse, Fraud & Policy Violations

Serpbays reserves the right to deny refunds or withdrawals in cases involving:

  • Fraudulent activity

  • Abuse of refund policies

  • Manipulation of orders or payments

  • Violation of platform rules or Terms & Conditions

10. Policy Updates

Serpbays may update this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
