What is the minimum amount I can withdraw?

There is NO minimum payout amount on Serpbays. You can withdraw your earnings at any time, even if it's just $1. Most platforms require $50-$100 minimums, but we believe you should have access to your money whenever you need it.

How long does it take to receive payment?

We process all payout requests within 24 hours (business days). Once processed, the payment is sent to your PayPal account. PayPal payments are typically instant, though in rare cases they can take an additional 1-3 business days depending on your PayPal account type and verification status.

What payment methods does Serpbays support for publishers?

Currently, we process all publisher payments via PayPal. Both Personal and Business PayPal accounts are accepted. We're working on adding additional payment methods including Wise, wire transfers, cryptocurrency, and direct bank deposits in the near future.

Are there any fees for receiving payments?

Serpbays does NOT charge any withdrawal fees. However, PayPal may charge receiving fees depending on your account type and location (typically 2.9% + $0.30 for US accounts, varies internationally). Currency conversion fees may also apply if you convert USD to your local currency.

Why are my earnings still pending?

Earnings are held in 'pending' status until the advertiser approves the completed work. This protects both parties—advertisers can request revisions if needed, and you're guaranteed payment once approved. If an advertiser doesn't respond within 7 days, the order is automatically approved and your earnings are released.

Can I withdraw if I haven't completed tax forms?

No. US publishers must submit Form W9, and non-US publishers must submit Form W8-BEN before requesting any withdrawals. This is required by US tax law (IRS regulations). You can submit these forms in your Account Settings.

Do I need a Business PayPal account or can I use Personal?

Both Personal and Business PayPal accounts are accepted. However, Business accounts are recommended if you earn significant income ($20,000+/year) as they offer better tax reporting and professional features.

Can I request multiple withdrawals per month?

Yes! You can request as many withdrawals as you want with no restrictions or fees. Whether you prefer daily, weekly, or monthly payouts, it's entirely up to you. Just remember each request is processed within 24 hours.

What currencies does Serpbays pay in?

All payments are sent in USD (United States Dollars) via PayPal. PayPal will automatically convert USD to your local currency based on their exchange rates. You can choose to keep funds in USD or convert them in your PayPal account settings.

Are Serpbays payouts subject to withholding tax?

For non-US publishers, there is generally no withholding if you submit a valid W8-BEN form confirming you're not a US person. US publishers receive full payment but must report income on their taxes. We provide 1099 forms to US publishers earning $600+ per year.

Form W9 Required

US-based publishers must submit Form W9 with their Tax ID (SSN or EIN) before receiving payments. This is required by IRS regulations.
