$100 Welcome Bonus Terms & Conditions

1. Offer overview

Serpbays is offering eligible new users a one-time $100 promotional credit when they make a qualifying first deposit of $500 or more on their account at app.serpbays.com. The Promotion is offered at the sole discretion of Serpbays and is subject to these terms.

2. Eligibility

You are eligible to claim the Welcome Bonus if you:

• Are creating a new Serpbays account for the first time.
• Have never previously held an account on app.serpbays.com.
• Are not affiliated with another existing Serpbays account through shared payment methods, IP addresses, business identity, or household.
• Are 18 years of age or older and legally able to enter into this agreement.

You are not eligible if:

• You hold or have previously held a Serpbays account, regardless of current status.
• You created the account under a different name, email, or business identity to bypass the new-user requirement.
• You are a Serpbays employee, contractor, or member of an immediate household connected to the team.
• You are based in a region where the Promotion is restricted by local law or by Serpbays policy.

3. How to claim

1. Sign up for a new Serpbays account at app.serpbays.com/register.
2. Complete account verification (email confirmation, billing details, any required KYC steps).
3. Make a single first deposit of $500 USD or more to your Serpbays balance.
4. The $100 promotional credit will be added to your account automatically within 24 hours of the qualifying deposit clearing.

Only your first deposit qualifies. Multiple smaller deposits totalling $500 do not qualify. The qualifying amount must be deposited in a single transaction.

4. Bonus credit details

• Bonus amount: $100 USD, added as promotional credit to your account balance.
• Currency: USD only. Currency conversion on deposits uses the rate applied at deposit time.
• Validity: Promotional credit must be used within 12 months of being applied.
• Spend order: Promotional credit is consumed first when placing orders, ahead of deposit balance.

5. Allowed use of promotional credit

Promotional credit can be used toward any standard service on the Serpbays marketplace, including backlinks, guest posts, link insertions, content writing, monthly plans, digital PR, and other listed services. Promotional credit cannot be:

• Withdrawn as cash or transferred to another account.
• Refunded if a service is cancelled (only the deposit portion of an order is refundable; the bonus portion expires with the cancellation).
• Used to pay for managed-account retainers, custom enterprise contracts, or any service explicitly marked as non-eligible at order time.
• Combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated.

6. Restrictions and prohibited behaviour

The following actions are strictly prohibited and constitute Promotion abuse:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the bonus more than once.
• Using fake names, fake billing details, fake business identities, or temporary email services to register.
• Sharing promotional credit between accounts, or selling promotional credit to third parties.
• Attempting to withdraw the bonus credit through workarounds such as fake refund requests, friendly fraud, or chargebacks.
• Coordinating with other users to game the qualifying deposit threshold.
• Any other action intended to gain financial advantage from the Promotion outside its intended use.

7. Anti-abuse policy and account suspension

Specifically, we may, without prior notice:

• Suspend or permanently ban the account.
• Revoke all promotional credit on the account, including any portion already spent.
• Cancel orders placed using promotional credit obtained through abuse, and reverse the placement of associated services.
• Suspend any associated accounts (linked by shared IP address, payment method, billing identity, or business identity).
• Withhold any pending payouts to such accounts.
• Recover the value of misused promotional credit through legal means where applicable.

8. Final decision authority

The decision of whether an account has abused this Promotion or violated these terms rests entirely with Serpbays. Investigations are conducted by the Serpbays trust and safety team, who review available evidence (account history, payment data, login patterns, and any relevant context) and reach a determination.

The decision of the authorised Serpbays representative is final and binding. No further appeals or external reviews will be entertained once a final decision is issued. Serpbays is not obligated to disclose the specific evidence or reasoning behind a determination beyond what is necessary to inform the affected user of the outcome.

9. Modification and termination of the Promotion

Serpbays reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to:

• Modify these terms.
• End the Promotion entirely.
• Change the bonus amount or qualifying deposit threshold for new claims.
• Limit Promotion participation by region, user category, or business type.
• Pause the Promotion for system maintenance or fraud-control reasons.

Changes take effect immediately upon posting on this page. Continued participation after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Tax and legal responsibility

You are responsible for any tax liabilities, regulatory disclosures, or legal obligations that may apply to you in your jurisdiction as a result of receiving the promotional credit. Serpbays does not provide tax advice and does not withhold or report on your behalf for the Promotion.

11. General terms

• These Promotion terms operate alongside, and do not replace, the main Serpbays Terms and Conditions and the Serpbays Privacy Policy.
• If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
• These terms are governed by the laws and jurisdiction stated in the main Serpbays Terms and Conditions.
• The Serpbays brand and Serpbays LLC retain all rights not expressly granted by these terms.

12. Acceptance

By signing up for a Serpbays account and participating in this Promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not participate in the Promotion.
